Description
A dog walker and two walkers told me there was a baby snake up ahead and to watch out. I said I rarely get to photograph a snake in Victoria so I pretty much raced along to see it scare off the track into grass. I was patient. Eventually it snaked out across the grass into thicker cover and I finally got pics. It wasn't tiny - but about 40cm long. It was very warm though windy. YAY.
